Your package was shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Our system automatically creates shipping labels based off of the address you provide. USPS was the carrier tasked with delivering your package and they marked it as delivered, in/at the mailbox, and in your shipping zip code. We strongly encourage you to visit your local Post Office on the next business day and speak with the Post Master in an attempt to locate your package. Once your package is handed over to USPS, it is their responsibility to ensure it is delivered.
We would appreciate it if you could revise your review, as you gave the 'OnlyPerps' sticker one star and you clearly did not have an issue with the item, rather with your order.
Please reach out to us if you need anymore assistance with your order. Also know that since the order was marked delivered, we as the business are unable to make a claim on the included insurance with your package since we cannot prove that it was not delivered. That is why it is up to you to visit your Post Office and first see if they can locate it, if not the alternative is to file the claim and get a full refund.
